Job Description:

Reports To: Executive Project Manager, China
Job Purpose: Create Profit by converting clients' needs into defined project documents and reports that meet their needs so that BLL can provide services for a fee.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide leadership in the pursuit of an incident and injury free work environ in all aspects of project documentation and delivery.
* Provide leadership in the promotion of skills, well being and more generally an employer of choice work environ for Project personnel
* Provide a clear understanding and knowledge of the principles to conduct due diligence and environmental assessment services.
* Provide leadership in the creation of a client focussed work ethic amongst Project personnel
* Manage key functions of the project documentation process
* Assist to determine Project personnel and external resources required on projects taking into account skills and experience required on projects and maximising project Strike Profit Margins
* Assist to establish and maintain effective project management skills and processes
* Follow established guidelines to perform due diligence and environmental service projects
* Maintain and update current local regulations and codes in relation to property and building surveys
* Coordinated all service related activities including logistics, site inspections, document reviews and report preparation
* Negotiate effective deals with third parties
* Identify opportunities and manage risks in the proposal preparation stage
* Undertake the above consistent with Global Minimum Standards and Operating Framework for Asia Identify opportunities and manage risks in the proposal preparation stage.
Requirements:
* Third level degree
* Similar experience in international EPCm companies is preferred
* Good leadership skill, teamplayer
* Fluent English
Package:
Basic salary is 25K-35K RMB per month + Bonus
