Job Description: Maintenance administrator working within the engineering department and reporting to the maintenance team leader. * Maintenance of records in the Computerised Maintenance Management System * Generation of reports for maintenance metrics * Updates and changes in the Computerised Maintenance Management System * Typing up maintenance investigation reports * Working with the maintenance planner / scheduler to ensure that work orders are issued on time
Profile: The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification or relevant experience, be self-motivated, have experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment and be familiar with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, CMMS.
Requirements: Experience working on CMMS systems an advantage (e.g SAP, PEMAC, EAMS) Experience working on computerised systems Computer literacy essential Ability to work on own initiative Willing to be flexible to meet business requirements
Duration: Minimum 9 months
