Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Contracts/ Commercial Manager
One of the largest Contracting & Construction multi-disciplinary Companies in the Middle East is seeking several senior construction professionals for large on-going and up coming civil contracts and a major Hotel Development. One of their urgent requirements now is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria
Qualification
1.Hold a Degree in Engineering/ Commerce/ Law
2.A minimum 10- 15 years of experience in Commercial Management 3.At least 5 years must be at the leading level in a Contracting Company.
Other Specifications

1.Must have a strong QS background
2.Extensive contract negotiation and claims management skills.
3.Exposure to Engineering & Construction projects worth USD 20 Million+
5.Capable to managing a team of Quantity Surveyors
6.A proven ability to develop proactive and professional working relationship.
