Senior Quantity Surveyor - Middle East

Snr Quantity Surveyor 10+Yrs Exp We are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years experience for a main contractor in Qatar Candidates must be degree qualified and capable of managing a team of 6 / 7 QS s on a multi million euro development Previous experience in the gulf region and with FIDIC conditions of contract is preferable It is essential that candidates have experience of projects > EUR 50M in value and your CV reflects loyalty to previous employers. Remuneration Package Guideline as follows: - Tax Free Basic Salary of EUR 55 - 70 K - 2 Bedroom Apartment provided (Furnished & Bills paid) - Guaranteed minimum bonus plus performance related bonus - Transport provided 4 x 4 services and fuel - 3 x return flights per annum paid - Medical expenses paid - Gratuity payment of 21 days per annum paid as lump sum upon termination - Laptop - Phone This is an excellent opportunity with good career prospects.
