Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Significant experience in utilities and/or highway design having and knowledge of project management and/or master planning on mixed use developments or multi-disciplinary mega projects.
• Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders with regards to design issues and ensuring compliance to the technical aspects of the project.
• Ability to effectively interface with both client and authorities on technical and project issues and manage the project in accordance with the budget and schedule, reporting on completion and performance as required.
• Proven capability to communicate at all levels whilst successfully working as part of a team.
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in utilities and/or highway design.
Excellent English language communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
