Building Services Coordinators x 2 - EUR75K Tax Free + Package - Middle East

Our Client is a Building & Civil Engineering Main Contractor.
They have completed many large scale construction projects around the world. They currently have a requirement for 2 Building Services Coordinators / MEP Managers

The types of candidate they are looking to recruit are:

Degree qualified (minimum Diploma qualified) Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical from an established third level college
You must have a minimum of ten years post graduate experience
Ideally most / all of that experience will be working as a Building Services Coordinator with a recognised (Top 15) Irish or UK Main Contractor
Candidates coming from an M&E SubContractor will also be considered
You will need to have worked on large-scale projects EUR20/30M+
Ideally you will have worked on a good spread of projects Hotels Hospitals Leisure Apartments and Commercial
Strong communication and management skills
Some design experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite
International experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite

The opportunity:

Guaranteed work on a plethora of large-scale projects for 5/10 years if required
Minimum contract duration two years
Our Clients turnover is in excess of EUR1B per year

Package:
EUR50K -EUR75K tax free with accommodation flights bonus schooling 4x4 health insurance etc
