Due to continued growth in our operations, we are seeking new personnel to join our project teams. We now require Analyzer Technicians for a project in Saudi Arabia
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience in troubleshooting and repair of various process analyzers in petrochemical plants or refineries. “ Ethylene and Styrene Plant Experience Preferred”.
Digital, electrical, and pneumatic experience is essential.
Experience with quality control systems for ISO-9000 or equivalent would be helpful.
Should be able to identify potential improvement opportunities and communicate these to supervision.
Must be able to interface with multi-national work force.
Must have tested skills used for maintenance, repair, calibration, and daily upkeep of Applied Automation Gas Chromatograph systems.
Must have the skills to work with and troubleshoot Analyzer data Hi-ways and their interfaces to the Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS System, Yokogawa System..
Must have strong safety background and the ability to follow plant safety rules and procedures.
Must have a working knowledge of compressed gas cylinder systems Including fittings, regulators, relief valves, and flow restrictors for calibration and carrier gases used on the analyzer systems.
Must be able to demonstrate safe handling techniques and practices used on compressed gas cylinders.
Must have the experience with analyzer sample systems to properly maintain, troubleshoot, repair and isolate the process from the analyzer in a safe manner.
Describe Scope:
Responsible for preventative maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on process analyzers, that is critical to process high purity products in Saudi Arabia. SCP will have pH meters, O2 Analyzers, Applied Automation G.C. equipment, ABB and others.
