The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification coupled with previous experience working for a Developer in the UK or Ireland. You will have the ability to undertake: - · Feasibility studies
- · Cost plans
- · Tender documents
- · Appointment & financial control of subcontractors
- · Job cost reconciliation and reporting
- · Site based QS duties
