Job Description
* undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
* advising on procurement strategy
* managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures
* assisting in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
* performing risk and value management and cost control
* providing advice on contractual claims
Requirements
Suitable candidates will have at least 10 years Quantity Surveying experience with at least 5 years experience within the Steel industry.
Must have experience working on large scale steel projects in excess of 5,000 tonnes.
3rd level degree or similar.
Package:
Basic salary: SR.264,000 / ?50,000 - ?60,000 p.a.Tax Free
Total Package in Saudi Riyals (SR): SR.410,953 / ?76,000 - ?90,000 p.a.
Housing: SR.60,000 / ?11,000 p.a. - this covers a fully furnished apartment
Company Car
Car Allowance: SR.12,000 / ?2,200 p.a.
Annual Bonus: SR.44,000 / ?8,000 (contingent on achieving personal + company objectives. Bonus will NOT be paid in prorated manners neither will it be part of the severance award)
Tickets: Two return economy class to Dublin, SR.6,800
