Contracts Administrator/Quantity Surveyor Libya
Our client is an international civil and building contractor who is recognised as one of the largest construction companies in Europe. They have just started a large road project in Libya and have a requirement for a contracts administrator/ quantity surveyor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in quantity surveying or engineering, have a minimum of 5 years experience as a QS or Contracts administrator for a civil engineering company. You will have full responsibility for contractual issues from commencement until settlement. Supported by a small team, you will measure, monitor and evaluate the performance of the project with respect to financial and commercial issues. You will report to an Irish contracts manager who is responsible for the project
