Telecommunications Senior Proposals Manager Summary
A Senior Proposals Manager is required to work for a Project Management company within the Telecommunications sector based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Primary Objectives & Functions
Leading the companies Proposals team and fully accountable for effective and timely delivery of acceptable proposals to the client that secure the Company’s annual Order Book.
Ensuring proposals support the Company’s annual Sales target.
Key member of companies Management Board.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
The Proposals team is the primary interface to the customer for all new business activities and is responsible for creating through-life, value for money solution proposals at minimal risk to the Company.
The Senior Proposals Manager has the following responsibilities:
Ensure efficient use of Company resources to deliver:
Timely, value for money, acceptable proposals
Design-reviewed and tender vetted proposals in line with Company and Customer governance procedures and commercial practice
Continuous and high level of Customer satisfaction
Company Order Book with appropriate Sales opportunities
Fully accountable for the Proposals budget and Order book.
Creation of co-operative working relationships with clients programme team and sub-contractors.
To assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, and in defining and implementing policy and future strategy.
Senior Proposal Manager Knowledge & Experience Required
UK Bachelors Degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
Sound understanding of bid management and commercial practice.
Proven track record of delivering successful bids.
Customer relationship experience.
Good standard of written and spoken English
Sound knowledge and full experience of managing budgets.
DESIRABLE Business experience in the Defence Sector
Experience of living or working in the Middle East
Experience in delivery of communications services
Package
Tax free annual salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum paid in Saudi Riyals
2 - 3 bed villa with utilities paid (Excluding phone bill)
Car Provide with service and fuel paid
2 - 3 flights per year
Medical Insurance provided
Bonus depending on personal and company performance
