Project Manager - High Rise – Riyadh KSA
Civil Engineering Degree plus 20 years construction experience essential.
Our client is a leading Middle Eastern Construction Company operating with over 50,000 staff. They specialists in Construction on High Rise towers and other large commercial developments.
They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager reporting to a zone manager to manage a section on a recently awarded 30 Tower Project in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in new build, high-rise projects with preference given to candidates with Middle East Experience.
More specifically our client is looking for someone with the following:
•Bachelor in Civil / Architectural Engineering, minimum of 20 years experience within construction,
•Must have worked as a Project Manager and handled prestigious / best quality and complex high rise buildings (residential / commercial, hotel or hospital)
•Proven track record on projects 50 storey’s plus
The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with a strong personality, fluent in English with hands on approach rather than a back office Engineer.
