Job Description As Project Controls Manager on project site your main responsibilities will include: Cost and schedule management for projects and programs Includes preparation of schedule and cost reports for projects and/or programs Prepares and directs the implementation of scheduling and cost accounting methods and activities Oversees the scheduling and cost control systems, manages and interprets scheduling and cost audits, and prepares scheduling and cost accounting reports for presentation to top management Supervises the daily activities of business support, technical or production staff in an assigned area Resolves standard and non-standard problems Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Has formal supervisory responsibilities Has in-depth knowledge of work processes and tools within own area Uses operational and supervisory expertise to solve problems within own area Interprets customer needs and assesses requirements Sets day-to-day direction for employees to support business objectives Works within budget to meet operational objectives set by manager Resolves routine problems using defined processes and own experience Coordinates resources to meet short-term objectives Sets priorities for employees to meet deadlines Explains difficult issues and obtains agreement as needed Manages performance of employees through task assignments, ongoing skill assessment and coaching.
Requirements Degree educated - Preferably in a mechanical or piping discipline Minimum 10 years' experience within oil + gas sector, preferably on sour gas projects English and Chinese Fluent language + written skills required
Package Circa ?130-?150K dependent on prior experience Full relocation package including visa
