You will participate in a number of Brownfield and Greenfield projects for both front end planning studies and detailed engineering phases of multidisciplinary projects. Working visas for self and family will be arranged and financed by the client on successful negotiation of a contract and full relocation costs and support will be provided.

Job Description Principal Responsibilities: * Responsible for the implementation of all necessary procedures and tools for the project controls function including planning and scheduling, cost engineering, estimating, project trending, progress measurement, and change management * Establish and distribute baseline information for schedule, cost and resource management including Client resources * Reports to and receives operational direction from the Project Manager. * Provides support for the administration of the client's client contract * Responsible to identify deviations from the approved schedule, cost, or client services, control baselines, and recommend appropriate action
Requirements * A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology or a related field * 5 years of experience in an EPCM environment including involvement in at least one major project from detailed design to construction and commissioning and exposure to all areas of project controls. * Experience with a major international project would be an asset. * Hands-on experience with planning software such as Primavera and/or familiarity with MS Project * Experience in planning + scheduling, shutdown planning and Greenfield or Brownfield sites, cost control and estimating, and progress measurement
