Operations Manager Job Description
An Operations Manager is required to manage a purpose built precast factory, built to produce concrete for a massive pilgrim shelter project. This is a massive construction project to provide shelter for the enormous number of Pilgrims that mass near Jeddah in preparation for their travel up to Mecca each year.
Operations Manager Duties
Your duties will be to manage the operational team to ensure the project runs without any major delays whilst reporting to Directors in the business. You will be responsible for an enormous and diverse team.
Operations Manager Experience Required
- Previous experience of leading a team of Project Managers and operational staff for a main contractor on a mega project. Preferably in the Gulf region.
- Worked previously for a leading global Main Contractor.
- A degree or similar equivalent qualification is desired.
- Member of a professional body (MCIOB or similar) is desired.
