Project Manager MEP (Hospital) Dubai, UAE, $Tax Free+Expat Exec Package ICDS have been retained by a major contracting organisation with interests Worldwide, including UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia to recruit the above. They have several projects in the UAE including major new build hospitals to 300 beds and hotels to 200+ rooms. We require suitably qualified candidates with proven track record of managing all aspects associated with M&E packages for hospitals and similar projects. Desirable: - Relevant M&E qualification with several years post grad experience.
- Min 5 years M&E exposure on hospital projects including specialist units like cardiac, orthopaedic, surgical etc…
- Proven management skills with a major national/international contractor.
- Ability to motivate design teams to deliver documents according to critical path.
- On site presence to ensure safe and efficient M&E hook up.
- Knowledge of FIDIC type contracts an advantage.
