Our Client is one of Ireland's leading Electrical and Mechanical Contractors with over 35 years experience. Following the success of winning a number of new projects they have an urgent requiremen for a Mechanical Project Manager. The candidate will work as part of the management team reporting to the Managing Director and be responsible for the following: - Sourcing work and developing relationships with clients and contractors - Design and Planning Advice to Clients - Estimating (to include take-offs, pricing and compilation) of tender submissions - Liaison with client on sign-off of all contract documents for the project - Procurement of all large plant and responsibility for producing procurement schedule for all materials - Create and Monitor Work Programmes - Work with foreman in scheduling work and rostering manpower - Manage efficiency and quality of work - Organise commissioning schedules - Cost control and Account Management - Claim Submission & Certification - Health & Safety, Method Statements - Applying ISO and Environmental policies and standards To register your interest please contact George on 0044 (0) 208 427 8437 or email george@icdsuk.com |
