Our Client is a Top 20 Main Contractor looking for an Estimator with particularly strong expertise in Design + Build Social + Private Housing the organisation enjoys an outstanding reputation as a regeneration developer/contractor.
They now have an opportunity for an experienced construction estimator.
The Opportunity:
*They need an accomplished estimator to work on tender submission preparation to the value of £ 50m
*With exceptional attention to detail you will required to provide analytical estimating foe new projects in D + B Social housing.
*The post calls for excellent technical knowledge of construction tenders.
The successful candidate will need to be:
*A qualified estimator with experience gained within a main contracting environment, ideally in the social housing, health And/or education sectors.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet demanding deadlines.
*A working knowledge of conquest estimating software would be an advantage.
