Director of Projects
KCM are currently recruiting for a well and long established large Civil Engineering Company in Saudi Arabia. They are involved in a diverse range of projects including Commercial Build, Road Construction, Airport Construction, Bridge Construction and electromechanical projects.
Because of the diverse range of their construction activities they are seeking a Director of projects who will report directly to the Company CEO. The projects assigned to this role will be the most technical and complex of the projects the company has to construct.
You will assume overall responsibility for the projects under your control leading and supervising the operations of all special projects ensuring optimal utilization of the resources. You will be responsible for overseeing periodic reports relating to project status, achievements and possible difficulties going forward. You will also have to communicate with all departments within the company as required.
You will have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 15+Years of experience in Project Management, Construction Budgeting and Planning.
Previous experience in the Middle East is desired. The Company will provide an attractive package to the successful candidate
